The **Tímár Mix** Basic Match (Bream–Roach) Groundbait 1 kg is one of the brand's classic mixes, which has been proving its worth on the waterfront in an unchanged form for over thirty years. These recipes still work today just as they did when Gábor Tímár won competitions with them repeatedly. The popularity of the mix is due to offering a timeless, popular, and economical solution for lovers of bream and roach fishing. The fine granulation and balanced composition of the Match groundbait make it an ideal choice in situations where the goal is quick and continuous attraction of white fish.
The product's advantage is that, in addition to its classic recipe, it also adapts to modern fishing methods. Similar to several other members of the family, this mix can also be well-used for feeder techniques, thus performing reliably not only with float fishing but also with bottom fishing methods. The finer particle size ensures rapid dissolution, which is particularly effective for fishing for bream, roach, and other cyprinids, where continuous attraction is crucial.
The **Tímár Mix** brand is one of the most recognized players in the Hungarian fishing market. Decades of experience, competition results, and trust among anglers all contribute to the brand's groundbaits remaining influential to this day. The Basic series is particularly popular because it offers stable quality at an affordable price, which both beginners and experienced anglers gladly choose.
The Match (Bream–Roach) groundbait in a 1 kg package is ideal for an average fishing day, but the brand has also thought of those who want larger quantities: the most popular mixes are also available in 3, 5, and 10 kg packages. This is particularly advantageous if a larger pre-baiting is needed, or if someone regularly fishes the same water where white fish are abundant.
The product is recommended for all anglers who want to specifically fish for bream, roach, or other cyprinids. It works well in both still and slowly flowing waters, and can be easily integrated into any fishing method where quick attraction and delicate feeding are the key to success.
